Who we are

When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and the details of your order. If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address.
Payment information
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles payment details directly, under its own security standards.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we collect basic, non-identifying usage data such as the pages you view and your general device or browser type. We use this only to keep the site working well.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- fulfill, craft, and ship your order;
- send you order updates by text and email — confirmation, shipping and tracking, and delivery;
- answer your questions and handle custom-order requests;
- send marketing or new-collection updates, only if you have opted in;
- improve our site, our products, and your experience;
- meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted service providers that help us run the business, and only as much as each one needs:
- Stripe — to process payments;
- GoHighLevel — to manage customer records and send text messages;
- Vercel — to host the website;
- our email provider — to send order and marketing email;
- shipping carriers — to deliver your order.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
Your mobile number and your text-message consent are never sold, and are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Our site uses only the minimal cookies needed to function properly. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.
How long we keep your information
We keep order and customer information for as long as we need it to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet tax and legal requirements. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and rights
You are always in control of your information. You can:

- ask us to correct or delete it;
- unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message;
