These Text Message Terms describe the Petals & Permanence text-message (SMS) program. By providing your mobile number or opting in, you agree to these terms.
About the program
Petals & Permanence sends two kinds of text messages:
- Order messages — confirmation, shipping and tracking, delivery, and a review request — tied to a purchase you have made.
- Marketing messages — new collections, seasonal offers, and early access — sent only if you have separately opted in to them.
How you opt in
Order messages
When you place an order and provide your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages about that order.
Marketing messages
You opt in to marketing texts separately and explicitly — for example, by checking a marketing opt-in box or texting a keyword to us. Agreeing to receive marketing texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
How often we text
Order-message frequency depends on your order — typically a handful of messages from purchase through delivery. Marketing-message frequency varies, but we keep it light and seasonal.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Petals & Permanence does not charge you for the messages themselves.
Stopping messages
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text from us. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then we will not text you again.
If you want to opt back in later, reply START or contact us.

Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and on factors outside our control, and is not guaranteed.
Eligibility
To take part, you must be the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission, and be old enough to consent under the laws where you live. The program is available for US mobile numbers.
Your privacy
We do not sell or rent your mobile number, and we do not share your number or your SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy at petalsandpermanence.com/privacy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Text Message Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
